Terms of use of gift tickets

       

1 The Gift ticket can be used within the month, indicated on it.
2 The Activation of the Gift ticket: activate on the site en.radisson-cruise.ru, in the special terminals or direct ticket sales-offices, enter the number of the ticket and choose the cruise, and get your boarding pass.
3 Boarding passes might be used for the boarding of the cruise. The Boarding pass can not be returned or exchanged for another date of the cruise.
4 Telephone activation is not performed. Seats of the ticket are limited to the cruise.
5 The ticket includes a cruise for 1 person in the business class saloon and does not include meals and drinks from the menu. The ticket is not valid for the first class saloon.

You received a boarding pass and did not activate it in the above way.

You activated the card and got a boarding pass, but did not come to the cruise.

The Month indicated on the ticket is not the current month.

The Gift tickets are not valid for the special cruise with an asterisk (*)

Passage aboard the yacht is carried out after the presentation of the ticket in printed form or on the monitor of the electronic carrier.

This problem can be caused by several reasons - most common of them are failure of e-mail server, anti-spam filter settings of your corporate e-mail or incorrectly written e-mail address.
