The holder of the Gift Certificate should contact +7 (495) 228-55-55 and specify his date, time and cruise. Gift certificates are valid for 3 months from the purchase date and are not valid on special cruises.
Certificate is valid only for the specified class.
1. The Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the GC or the Certificate) is the Company's letterhead containing a barcode, the words "Gift Certificate", the validity period, indicating the number of persons and the purchase date. The GC is a boarding pass and is accepted for boarding on scheduled yachts - Radisson Royal restaurants operated by the Company (with the exception of the Felicita yacht (Erwin.Reka yacht).
2. A gift certificate for cruise entitles its holder to board a ship and enjoy a cruise along the Moscow River on any convenient date on any cruise (subject to availability) in the Main or Royal class cabin (the cabin class is indicated in the certificate) according to validity period of the Certificate
3. A gift certificate for a cruise with meals gives its holder the right to board the ship and enjoy a cruise along the Moscow River with meal (a set of three dishes of the guest's choice from the A la carte menu) for any convenient date on any cruise (subject to availability) in the Main or Royal Class cabin (the cabin class is indicated on the Certificate) during the validity period of the Certificate.
4. Validity of the Certificate is 3 months from the purchase date.
5. Certificates are not nominal and are issued "to bearer". The bearer of the GC can only be an individual who receives the Company's services solely for personal, family, home use, not related to business activities.
6. The GC is purchased online on the official website of the Company, which has the address www.radisson-cruise.ru using a bank card for payment
7. At the time of presentation of the GC upon boarding, the Certificate is scanned and is collected from the consumer.
8. In case of presenting a GC with a damaged barcode, it will not be accepted. A barcode is considered damaged if it cannot be read by the appropriate scanners. The presence on the gift certificate of mechanical and other damage that does not prevent the identification is not a basis for refusing to accept the Certificate
9. In case of loss by the buyer / holder of the GC, it is not restored, funds equal to its value are not returned
10. The Buyer has the right to return the PS during its validity period at the official sale offices at the berths of the Flotilla (the berth "Hotel Ukraina" and the berth "Gorky Park"),
11. Upon the expiration of the validity period of the Certificate, the GS is not subject to refund, funds of various values are not charged. Missing the term of using the GC is regarded by the seller as a delay by the creditor with the onset of consequences in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 40b of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
